2022 Annual Bull Sale Report

More than 250 people in attendance enjoyed the spectacular sunshine and warm weather at our recent Annual Bull Sale held at Toowoomba Showgrounds on the 15th October. On offer were 68 purebred Speckle Park bulls, 25 F1/F2 heifers and exclusive semen lots.

Bulls were purchased by both stud and commercial operations from Charters Towers in Northern Queensland to Ringarooma, Tasmania highlighting the diversity of this great breed. Volume buyers on the day included Murray and Loretta Smith, Bauhinia Downs QLD picking up 11 bulls for their commercial beef operation. Return buyer Stan Cox, purchased five bulls for his dairy operation in Ringarooma TAS. Kevin Keech, Walgett NSW also purchased five bulls. Of the 79 lots on offer, 51 were purchased by buyers in attendance and 28 sold through our online platforms.
We are so grateful for both the return and new buyers for showing their faith in our program and cattle. We look forward to seeing the impact these bulls have.
