Happy New Year! Hard to believe we are already nearly through January.
As a family we had a lovely Christmas, filled with great food, great people and good times. January has seen excellent rainfall in Oberon. Thankfully the summer storms have not been as severe as in some areas. Our block at Garoo has dried off somewhat after an exceptionally wet winter and spring. The odd 15-20mm here and there have been very welcome.
Planning for our February on-farm Private Treaty Sale is in full swing. This unique sale is definitely worth traveling for. The two day sale gives you plenty of time to inspect the cattle and do your research on the best investments for your program. On offer will be unjoined yearling heifers, PTIC 2yr old heifers, PTIC cows, cows & calves, donor cows plus heaps more.

We will be preg-testing the week of the 10th February and have a simple catalogue available online Monday 17th. Printed copies will be available for those attending the sale.
We will hold a virtual tour on Wednesday 19th February. Keep an eye on our socials and website for more details.

Oberon Rodeo is also on the 22nd February so if you are making the trip please book your accommodation early. Below are the accommodation options in Oberon and Bathurst is only 45kms away.

Onwards and upwards into 2025 we go.
